Holly / Owner

With over 39 years in the beauty industry, Holly has built a distinguished career defined by artistry, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence. After 24 years behind the chair, she founded Eleven Salon in 2011-named after her lucky number and designed a space where creativity and elevated client experience come together.

A licensed cosmetologist, Holly’s advanced training includes the Vidal Sassoon academy in Santa Monica California, along with extensive education through Redken 5th Avenue, NYC, Redken Symposium events , and R+Co Excursion. Her approach reflects a deep respect for precision, innovation, and timeless style.

Grateful for the relationships built throughout her career, Holly now focuses on guiding the salon while enjoying time with family, friends, and her pets. She attributes her success to honesty, dedication, and a strong work ethic.

Bart / Owner

With over 2 decades of experience, Bart brings energy, creativity, and unmistakable flair to Eleven Salon. After demonstrating unwavering dedication since joining in 2012, he became a part owner following the salon’s move to its new location in 2017.

Bart is passionate about continuing education and has advanced training in hair extensions, precision cutting, styling and a wide range of color techniques. His commitment to his craft includes attending the Redken Symposium, completing Bumble & Bumble Network Educator training, and participating in a R+Co Excursion.

Outside the salon, Bart enjoys traveling, playing video games, spending quality time with friends and family, and listening to music–all often paired with a fine glass of wine. A proud July 21st birthday celebrant, (the year remains his secret), he never passes up an opportunity for a good party.

For Bart, Eleven Salon is more than a workplace–it’s family. He deeply values the relationships he’s built throughout his career and the connections he makes every day.

Destri / Owner

Carrying on in her mother’s legacy, Destri is a second generation cosmetologist with an added barbering license broadening her expertise. A stylist for 15 + years, she has honed her craft through advanced training. Including the Beauty By Faye Hair Painting Workshop, balayage with Master Of Balayage Ray Hornback, and cutting classes with Phillip Wilson. Along with business and hair courses through the Redken Symposium and R+CO Excursion.

A devoted wife and mother of 4, she balances her busy family life with a passion for volunteering with youth at her local church. Destri also has a love for the color yellow, a deep appreciation for coffee, and year around fondness for Disney.

Since becoming a partner in 2021, she has infused Eleven Salon with a fresh , vibrant energy, keeping it on the cutting edge of hair trends.
